PTENUKI – new Chair of trustees

We are delighted to announce our new Chair of trustees, Jack Donnelly. Jack is from Coventry and approached the charity at the beginning of 2023 after his daughter Amara was diagnosed with the PTEN gene mutation at the age of 2. Jack felt strongly that after learning of Amara’s diagnosis it became apparent that there was a lack of support and information available for people being diagnosed with PTEN. After speaking with Ian and Kelly it was clear that Jack shared the same passion as the charity around wanting to raise awareness and give patients the right support and information they deserve. With a professional background managing large scale operations and a personal passion for the cause, PTENUKI feel that Jack is the perfect fit to take on the role of Chair for the charity. Jack hopes to help increase the efficiency of the charity so that patients have a centralised hub which meets all their needs for many years to come.

This change of management means that Ian Stock, our charity founder has stepped down as charity chair after 6 years. We thank Ian for his incredible contribution to our community by both founding the charity and leading us for so many years. We won’t be saying goodbye to Ian as he is still going to be part of the charity as a trustee.
